CAROL HAVEN
| Carol started her business, Coureur De Bois in 1983, in Pickney, Michigan where she spent nearly 20 years manufacturing and providing 18th C. clothing and accessories to museums and re-enactors in the mid-western states. All while a full time elementary music teacher from 1972 - 1994.
In 2000, Carol and Rick joined talents to form Just two Tailors, and purchased a home in Poultney, Vermont, an hour from Fort Ticonderoga. For the next six years they traveled between Maine and Florida attending historic events, providing clothing and accessories to friends and customers.
The Vermont home now sold, they reside full time in Florida, occasionally traveling, but still sewing.

RICK HAVEN
| Rick is a trained tailor. He operated a tailoring business in Williamsburg, Va. from 1978 - 1995, where among other sewing also did contract sewing for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. To many during that time, he was known as the "Head Elf" of The Little Village Tailors.
Since 1995, Rick has traveled the country participating in historic events while researching and manufacturing 18th century clothing for the movie/film industry, museums, living history re-enactors and produced a line of 18th & 19th C. patterns known as Tailor's Guide.
In 2000, Rick and Carol, who were both friends and competitors, forged a relationship together and Just Two Tailors, which is now based at their Florida home.
