| CUSTOMER COMMENT section of the ordering form is where you need to tell us colors, fabrics, etc desired for any of the items. WE DO NOT HAVE POP-UPS FOR SPECIFICS. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Credit cards are not put through until we’re ready to ship. Custom items that are not our usual stock are generally non-returnable. Accurate measurements are the customer’s responsibility and items will be made to those measurements. However, we’ll make every attempt to satisfy our customers. The time frame for completion of custom orders is dependent on current work volume and fabric availability. If the customer supplies their own fabric for a project, we will quote a labor only price. Most clothing items on this website cannot be reproduced exactly i.e. the same fabrics are not necessarily available. If you want something exactly the same as pictured, please say so in the customer comment section of the ordering page and we will let you know if it's possible. Stock items are shipped within 36 hours via Parcel or Priority Mail with confirmation as long as the item is not out-of-stock. Prices are subject to change. We keep our shipping/handling costs to the minimum. Orders over $100.00 are insured.
